Terms of Service

These terms apply when you buy a Raving Brand Builder plan. By paying, you agree to them. If anything here is unclear, email us before you pay.

Who we are

Raving Brand Builder is operated by Rafael Lopes in Portugal. Contact: ravingbrandbuilder@gmail.com.

What you get

A monthly done-for-you short-form content service. Every plan includes onboarding, research, scripting, editing, uploading (if you want us to post), 24/7 email support including weekends, monthly reports, 7 sales-focused Instagram Stories and our optimize-your-profile checklist.

• Core Growth: 15 scripts per month, $1,495 USD per month.
• Plus Growth: 20 scripts per month, $1,795 USD per month.
• Pro Growth: 30 scripts per month, $2,795 USD per month.

How the work runs

• After you pay, we email your onboarding document and filming guide. Your first cycle starts when you send the completed document back.
• The first cycle takes three weeks: week 1 research and scripts, week 2 revisions and you film, week 3 we edit and deliver. After that, the stages overlap and finished videos arrive every week.
• You film the scripts yourself. Delivery depends on receiving your footage, so if filming is late, delivery moves back by the same amount of time.
• If you do not like a script, tell us and we will rewrite it.

Payment and renewal

• Plans are billed monthly in advance, in US dollars, through Stripe. Your plan renews automatically every month on the same date until you cancel.
• If a payment fails, we may pause work until it goes through.
• If we change our prices, we will email you at least 30 days before the new price applies to your plan.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time by emailing ravingbrandbuilder@gmail.com. There is no minimum term and no cancellation fee. Cancelling stops the next renewal. The month you have already paid for is not refunded, and we finish the work for that month.

Refunds

Payments are non-refundable. Work begins as soon as you pay, so by paying you ask us to start the service straight away. This does not limit any rights you have under law that cannot be waived.

Who owns the content

Once a month is paid for, you own the scripts and edited videos we delivered that month, and you can use them however you like, including after you cancel. You keep ownership of your footage, name and likeness. We may show the work in our portfolio only with your permission.

Your responsibilities

• Give us accurate information about your business, and tell us about any claims you cannot make (for example, medical or financial rules in your field). You approve every script before filming and are responsible for what you publish.
• If you give us access to your accounts so we can upload, you can remove that access at any time.

Results

We do the research, writing and editing to the best standard we can, but we cannot promise specific views, followers, leads or revenue.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Portugal. If there is a problem, email us first and we will try to fix it. Otherwise, disputes go to the courts of Portugal, without affecting any right you have as a consumer to use the courts where you live.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we will update this page and the date at the top, and email active clients before the change applies to them.
